Do I ever have to talk to a dealership?
With the concierge, no. We run the outreach, the negotiation, and the follow-up. You show up to sign or the car shows up to you. With Premium, you handle the conversation — but you never walk in blind.
What if I don't know exactly which car I want?
Put both on the order, or describe what you need in the notes. Narrowing it down is the first thing we do on the call.
Does DEALRHACKR handle financing and trade-ins?
Yes. The trade is negotiated as its own number so the dealer can't claw your discount back through it, and the rate is checked against what you'd get from a credit union before you sign anything.
Do you deliver?
Most deals can be delivered to your driveway; we coordinate it with the selling dealer. If the best price is two states away, that's often still the play once transport is counted.
Am I obligated to buy the car?
No. We bring you the deal and the verdict; the decision is always yours.
