- Deal details: the vehicles you save, custom vehicle requests, budgets, trade-in details, financing preferences, and notes you share with your concierge or our AI chat.
- Communications: messages you exchange with us by chat, email, text, or phone.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data: pages viewed, searches run, referring URLs, approximate location from IP address, browser and device type, and similar analytics data (collected via cookies and tools like Google Analytics).
- Advertising data: if you arrive via an ad, we may receive click identifiers (such as gclid) used to measure campaigns.
2. How we use information
- To run your car search: locating vehicles, negotiating with dealers, and presenting deals for your approval.
- To communicate with you about your requests, garage, quotes, and account — by phone, text (SMS), and email, consistent with the consent you provide (see Section 4).
- To operate, secure, and improve the Services, including our AI concierge.
- To measure marketing and, with your consent where required, send you promotional messages.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With selling dealers — on your approval. Your contact details are not handed to dealers for cold outreach; we share what is needed to complete a deal you have chosen to pursue.
- With service providers that help us run the Services (hosting, inventory data, email/SMS delivery, analytics, payment processing), bound to use it only for our purposes.
- For legal reasons, such as responding to lawful requests or protecting rights and safety.
- In a business transfer, if DEALRHACKR is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
4. Calls, texts, and email — your consent and opt-outs
When you provide your phone number or email, you consent to DEALRHACKR contacting you about your request by phone call, text message (SMS/MMS), and email, including via automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
- Texts: reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Everything else: email admin@dealrhackr.com and we will honor your preference.
Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for core functionality, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and ad measurement (e.g., Google Ads conversion tracking). You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
